 To make 'The Ubiquitous Sussex G&T' you will need the following:  - 50ml Mayfield Gin  - Topped with tonic  - Garnish with lemon  Enjoy.

Ubiquitous Sussex G&T

 To make the Mayfield 'Mayjito' you will need he following:  - 50ml Mayfield Gin  - 25ml Lime juice  - 20ml Sugar  - Churn with ice and seasonal berries  - Garnish 'seasonably' (this recipe is adaptable to the seasons using red summer berries or dark cherries and black berries during the colder months)  Enjoy.

To make the Mayfield 'Mayjito' you will need he following:

- 50ml Mayfield Gin

- 25ml Lime juice

- 20ml Sugar

Mayjito

 To make the 'Mayfield Negroni' you will need the following:  - 30ml Mayfield Gin  - 30ml Sweet Vermouth  - 30ml Nardini Amaro  - A dash of Grapefruit bitters (or Angustura/orange bitters)  - Stir with ice and then strain into glass over ice  - Garnish with a twist of orange  Enjoy.

To make the 'Mayfield Negroni' you will need the following:

- 30ml Mayfield Gin

- 30ml Sweet Vermouth

- 30ml Nardini Amaro

- A dash of Grapefruit bitters (or Angustura/orange bitters)

- Stir with ice and then strain into glass over ice

Mayfield Negroni

 To make the 'Bloody Mayfield' you will need the following:  - 50ml Mayfield Gin  - 20ml Lemon juice  - 100ml Quality Tomato juice (not from concentrate)  - Salt, pepper, Lea & Perrins, tabasco to taste (use sparingly)  - 'Roll' or 'throw' over ice, do not shake!  - Garnish with cucumber and lemon  Enjoy.

To make the 'Bloody Mayfield' you will need the following:

- 50ml Mayfield Gin

- 20ml Lemon juice

- 100ml Quality Tomato juice (not from concentrate)

- Salt, pepper, Lea & Perrins, tabasco to taste (use sparingly)

- 'Roll' or 'throw' over ice, do not shake!

- Garnish with cucumber and lemon

Enjoy.

Bloody Mayfield

 To make the 'Mayfield Hopped Collins' you will need the following:  - 50ml Mayfield Gin  - 25ml Lemon juice  - 15ml IPA syrup  - A dash of grapefruit bitters  - Top with soda  - Garnish with hops and a twist of orange  Enjoy.

To make the 'Mayfield Hopped Collins' you will need the following:

- 50ml Mayfield Gin

- 25ml Lemon juice

- 15ml IPA syrup

- A dash of grapefruit bitters

- Top with soda

- Garnish with hops and a twist of orange

Enjoy.

Mayfield 'Hopped' Collins

 To make the 'Mayfield Martini' you will need the following:  - 15ml Vermouth to wash over ice (discard liquid and keep ice)  - 65ml Mayfield Gin  - Stir the Mayfield Gin over the ice  - Strain and garnish with a twist of orange  Enjoy.  - (Optional) A dash of hop bitters  - The ratio's can be adapted to taste, a 'wetter' Mayfield Martini can be achieved by leaving in the vermouth and reducing the gin.

To make the 'Mayfield Martini' you will need the following:

- 15ml Vermouth to wash over ice (discard liquid and keep ice)

- 65ml Mayfield Gin

- Stir the Mayfield Gin over the ice

- Strain and garnish with a twist of orange

Enjoy.

- (Optional) A dash of hop bitters

- The ratio's can be adapted to taste, a 'wetter' Mayfield Martini can be achieved by leaving in the vermouth and reducing the gin.

Mayfield Martini

 To make the 'Mayfield 75' you will need the following:  - 35ml Mayfield Gin  - 15ml Gabriel Boudier Triple Sec  - 25ml Lemon juice  - 15ml Sugar syrup  - A dash of Angustura bitters  - Shake and fine strain  - Top with Prosecco  Enjoy. 

To make the 'Mayfield 75' you will need the following:

- 35ml Mayfield Gin

- 15ml Gabriel Boudier Triple Sec

- 25ml Lemon juice

- 15ml Sugar syrup

- A dash of Angustura bitters

- Shake and fine strain

- Top with Prosecco

Enjoy. 

Mayfield 75

 To make the 'Mayfield IPA Sour' you will need the following:  - Muddle half a lime  - 15ml Sugar syrup/IPA syrup  - Three dashes of Angustura bitters  - 50ml Mayfield Gin  - Stir over ice and top with a quality Sussex IPA  - Garnish with lime  Enjoy.

To make the 'Mayfield IPA Sour' you will need the following:

- Muddle half a lime

- 15ml Sugar syrup/IPA syrup

- Three dashes of Angustura bitters

- 50ml Mayfield Gin

- Stir over ice and top with a quality Sussex IPA

- Garnish with lime
