I. SUSSEX GIN&TONIC

1 part MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 2 parts a quality Indian TONIC WATER, served in a highball or balloon glass over ice with a SLICE OF LEMON…the perfect way to enjoy a G&T.

II. THE MAYFIELD NEGRONI

30ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 30ml sweet VERMOUTH, 30ml NARDINI AMARO, a dash of GRAPEFRUIT/ORANGE BITTERS, s ORANGE PEEL TWIST.

III. MAYFIELD 75

35ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 15ml GABRIEL BOUDIER TRIPLE SEC, 25ml fresh LEMON, a dash of ANGOSTURA BITTERS. Shake, fine strain and top with PROSECCO into a Martini or Cocktail glass.

IV. ‘HOPPED' COLLINS

50ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 25ml FRESH LEMON, 15ml IPA SYRUP, a dash of GRAPEFRUIT BITTERS & top with soda. Serve in a Collins glass with DRIED HOPS & a twist of ORANGE.

V. MAYJITO

50ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 25ml fresh LIME, 20ml Sugar Syrup, churn with ice & SEASONAL BERRIES. Garnish ‘seasonably’ (recipe can be adapted for Summer & Winter berries), serve in a Highball or Collins glass.

VI. THE BLOODY MAYFIELD

50ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 20ml fresh LEMON, 100ml quality TOMATO JUICE, salt & pepper, a dash of TOBASCO, a few dashes of LEA & PERRINS, roll or throw over ice & garnish with a roll of CUCUMBER & ORANGE.

VII. MAYFIELD MARTINI

Was over ice with 15ml VERMOUTH, discard liquid and keep ice. 65ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, stir the GIN over ice, strain and garnish with a twist of ORANGE. Optional: A dash of HOP BITTERS.

VIII. MAYFIELD APA/IPA SOUR

Muddle a LIME into a glass with ice, add 50ml MAYFIELD SUSSEX HOP GIN, 15ml sugar syrup, 3 dashes of ANGOSTURA BITTERS, stir over ice and top with a quality citrus-led IPA. Serve in a Collins or Rocks glass with LIME.
