A fitting twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail. Take 50ml Mayfield Gin, 25ml fresh Lemon Juice, 25ml Sugar Syrup, 3 drops of Hop Bitters and 125ml chilled Soda Water and build over ice in a Collins glass, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon, dried hops and/or a cherry.

Enjoy a refreshing lift with Dunstan’s Aviation, 50ml Mayfield Gin, 20ml Gabriel Boudier Maraschino Liqueur, 10ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Violette Liqueur, 20ml fresh Lemon Juice, 10ml chilled Mineral Water. Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.

A luxury hit for any celebrations, combining gin and champagne with lemon in this classic French 75 twist. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and Mayfield Gin into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute and top with champaign. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon zest (optional).

The perfect Bloody Mary twist with gin. 50ml Mayfield Gin, 10ml Fino Sherry, 150ml Tomato Juice, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops of Tabasco Sauce, 1 fresh Lime, 1 tsp Horseradish Sauce, fresh Celery and Celery Salt (optional). Coat the rim of the glass with celery salt (optional). In a shaker, add all the ingredients, shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber twist, mint sprigs and a lime wedge.

Sophistication with a touch of sweet peach. Add 20ml Mayfield Elderflower & Peach Gin Liqueur, 20ml Mayfield Gin, 20ml Sweet Vermouth and 20ml Campari into a glass over ice and stir. Garnish with a fresh orange twist.

Rhubarb Mayjito
Inspired by the local Sussex flower-covered meadows. Exquisitely soothing for those warmer days. 25ml Mayfield Gin, 20ml Mayfield Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 20ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Fraises, half a fresh Lime, fresh Mint Leaves, fresh Strawberries and Soda water. Muddle in a cocktail shaker, fresh lime juice, strawberries, and mint leaves. Add the Mayfield Gin and Gin Liqueur and stir in until married together. Pour into a glass with ice, top with soda water and fresh strawberries, garnish with a mint sprig, orange twist and edible flowers.

Bramble
Devilishly sweet, a classic bramble using 50ml Mayfield Gin, 25ml fresh Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup, and 15ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Mures. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shake, pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and drizzle the creme de mure over the top. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh blackberries.

Add 25ml Mayfield Gin, 30ml Mayfield Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 10ml Campari, 10ml Blanc Vermouth and Soda Water. Add the gins, lemon juice, Campari, and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice, top with soda water.
